These videos provide valuable insights, such as fault diagnoses, explanations of recommended repair processes, diagnostic reports on generators, encoder programming, flame-path condition assessments, VSD load testing, and more. Easily accessed via or secure online customer portal, SERVICEview seamlessly integrates with our BOS computer operating system, enabling direct communication with the engineers and workshop handling your equipment. This service is free to our customers; simply request a video update, diagnostic report, or final test video when arranging your next repair through your account manager or our customer services team.
