Our standard service means you will get your part back on site within 10 days. Our urgent service means that we will work on your repair until completion, most of the time returning your part back within 24 hours.
Free collection and delivery
For our standard service we will arrange the collection and delivery of parts from anywhere in the UK free of charge.
Free quotation
It is our policy to spend time to diagnose each item we receive for repair, this is carried out by a skilled diagnostic engineer and our repair quotation will detail the faults found and all the repair work we will carry out to fix your equipment.
SERVICEview
This is our new and innovative approach to repairs, we will provide a video tailored to you alongside your quote, we will explain our diagnosis and how we will carry out the repair.
No fix – no fee
Unfortunately, there are occasions when a repair cannot be carried out due to damage found or parts availability. If we have quoted you on a standard service repair then we find a repair cannot be carried out, you wont be charged!
Not just a repair
Although we use the word repair a lot, it’s not exactly all we offer. Every item that passes through our workshop is completely refurbished.
Peace of mind
All repairs and refurbishments are covered by a comprehensive 12 month return-to-base warranty for your piece of mind. We don’t just cover the work we’ve done but the whole unit.
